Muscle Fuel & Fatigue Fighter
Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) - Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine - are essential aminos that play a vital role in muscle repair, endurance, and protein synthesis. Our formula uses a 1:2:1 ratio for balanced support: Leucine to trigger muscle growth, Isoleucine to assist glucose uptake, and Valine to reduce central fatigue during extended sessions.
BCAAs are metabolised directly in the muscles (not the liver), making them a fast-acting energy source during workouts. They can help reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), especially in athletes training multiple times per week. DOMS usually lasts 2-5 days, with effects usually peaking around day 2 or 3. DOMS is especially noticeable in marathon runners and endurance sports athletes.
DOMS was previously considered to be caused mainly by lactic acid build up, but it is now more fully understood to be small scale damage to the muscle fibres. BCAAs can help reduce the post event muscle and joint soreness duration.
In short: Repairs muscle, fights fatigue, and supports lean recovery.
