The Story Of Lúthri

In the ancient tongue of Irish Gaelic, two words stand as quiet pillars of strength and sovereignty.

Lúth - meaning vitality, athleticism, agility.

 - meaning king, sovereign, ruler.

From the union of these two words, Lúthri was born - a name that captures the essence of movement with purpose, discipline with dignity, and strength with grace.

Lúthri is a call to rise. A quiet rebellion against the culture of shortcuts, hacks, and hollow promises. It’s a return to mastery - to training the body, the mind, the will, and the habits that shape a life.

Founded by a father and son - one a lifelong pharmacist, the other a lifelong athlete and corporate strategist turned founder. Lúthri was built on a shared conviction: that health should be pursued with integrity, and performance should be earned, not faked.

We draw from our lineage - both Irish and athletic - to build products worthy of your discipline. No compromises. No gimmicks. Just clean, effective nutrition designed to support lifelong athletes - those who train for longevity, for excellence, and for the joy of motion itself.

The Lúthri Torchbearer

Our Torchbearer emblem is drawn from the figure of an ancient Greek olympian, captured mid-stride with a flame held high.

In the original Games, the torch was a mark of continuity, a signal that the spirit of competition, discipline, and honour was alive and moving forward. Passing the flame was an act of trust; carrying it was a responsibility.

For Lúthri, the Torchbearer represents the enduring pursuit of excellence. It is the moment between effort and achievement - the stride that keeps the flame alight. It stands for progress built step-by-step, day-by-day, and the commitment to carry your own standard no matter the distance.

Lúthri exists to honour that lineage, and to equip you to be a lifelong athlete.

Our Colour & Typeface

At Lúthri, every detail is deliberately chosen to carve our lineage.

Our orange is a deep, sunlit orange - the colour of fire, clay, and endurance. It evokes the flame of the Olympic torch, the warmth of sunrise on a morning run, the energy that comes from the perfect blend of motivation and discipline.

Orange is movement. It’s heat. It’s life in motion. It is the spark that lives in every athlete.

We chose orange to stand apart - alive and elemental. A reminder that true athleticism is raw, pulsing, and human.

Our logo’s typeface, is a study in timeless strength.

Rooted in classical design, its elegant serifs and deliberate spacing echo ancient engravings - the kind you’d find carved in stone beneath a statue of an Olympian. It’s serious, but not stiff. Refined, but not soft.

A reminder that even in a fast-moving world, clarity, structure, and heritage matter.

Together, the Lúthri orange and typeface tell a story:

Of ancient power, modern pursuit, and the unbroken line between where we’ve come from and where we’re going.

Father & Son Founded

Lúthri is built by a father-and-son team who share a belief that life is better lived like an athlete: disciplined, focused, and in it for life.

Pete spent three decades running his own stand-alone pharmacy, where he learned first-hand the importance of quality ingredients, transparent formulations, and products that actually do what they claim.

Adam grew up on that dispensary floor, but took a different path, playing basketball at a high level through school and university, before studying law and being admitted to the bar. A decade in corporate consulting and tech followed, until burnout (and a very supportive wife) pushed him to hit reset and build something that aligned with his passion.

Together, they’re cutting through the noise and marketing fluff of the supplement industry with a single-minded mission: create products that are uncompromising in quality, timeless in design, and built to stand the test of time. No shortcuts or gimmicks. Just precision tools for athletes who want to perform now and stay strong for years to come.

And so, Lúthri was born.

Yes, they argue over every detail.

No, they don’t always agree.

But that tension? That’s where the magic happens.

This is a family legacy.

And you’re invited to be part of it.
